We would like to use the deferrals functionality build under Russian localization globally.
This is nice tool that allows to depreciate the prepaid expenses on regular basis and give the list of the open prepaid expenses at all time. Is it possible to make the deferrals a global functionality.

Deferrals will be delivered with the Subscription billing functionality, instead of from the Russian functionality.
