Social Pane quick create forms (Task, Phone Call) should be customizable

Still can't edit the forms users are presented with when quick creating Tasks and Phone Calls from within the social pane. This is much-needed.

This is something that Microsoft was "considering" 4 years ago. This is a common request, Microsoft, just search this site for "Phone Call Quick" and see repost after repost. Time to either tell us why this can't be done or get it done!
