Working with the Asset Management app could be improved by letting the technicians (or whoever creates the maintenance request) select Faults when creating a maintenance request. In Back Office this is already the case. Additionally: when completing a work order/maintenance job, the technician should be able to indicate the Fault Cause/Remedy.
