Having visibility of the last File Name imported into a configuration package.
Would save trawling through spreadsheets and naming excel file V1...V2...V3 etc.
Easier to find most up to date file.
If you are handing over data migration to another user, or another consultant, can be sure that you are giving them the correct, most up to date, version of data uploaded to the system.
