The user is not able to cancel the remainder quantity in a transfer order line that was shipped partially. Additionally, if the picking list is generated and deleted, the system does not allow the creation of a second picking list. The problem is related to output orders that are not being updated automatically. If the output orders are processed manually, the system works as in previous versions, but this adds additional steps to the process (waste).
Script 1:
1 - Create a new transfer order
2 - Enter at least one line in the transfer order
3 - Create the picking list for the complete ordered quantity
4 - Ship partially the transfer order, reducing the picked quantity when the picking list is updated
5 - Try to use the delivery remainder to cancel the outstanding quantity in the transfer order
6 - System will return the error message: "The quantity cannot be reduced. The number of inventory transactions on order is too low because the quantity or part of it is referenced by an output order or a production order or is marked against other transactions."
7 - If the user tries to crate a new picking list for the quantity remaining, its not possible (bug). If the user tries to remove the reservation, its not possible (bug). The output order is still open and needs to be ended manually for further transfer order processing.

Script 2:
1 - Create a new transfer order
2 - Enter at least one line in the transfer order
3 - Create the picking list for the complete ordered quantity
4 - Delete the picking list
5 - The system will not allow the creation of a new picking list and the quantities will be locked against the transfer order line. To resolve the problem the user needs to delete the output order related manually.
