As many companies now utilize external digital asset management systems (DAM) such as eg. "Cloudinary", it would be very useful if this option was available as an alternative to storing images/videos/files within the "Files" section. Files is already very limited and restrictive with no support for MP4, PDF, or ICS calendar files .

Having the ability to sync with an external DAM eliminates the need to continuously search and then optimize images/videos for web pages, events and email usage.
