The customer uses a business rule that is triggered by pressing [Save & Close] when creating a record.
They hide the [Save] button on the command bar for not to use it, but they can't hide the [Save] button in the footer because of the limitation of the design.

It is much better if users can remove or hide the [Save] button in the footer at their discretion.
