We currently have the ability to push personalisation's to all users. This is great from the perspective of changing the forms and lists to a specific customers needs, but without using any development. The problem is the user can make further changes or even reset their own personalisation's which lose the existing personalisation. The idea is to have an additional setting that can turn off the local users personalisation's (which can be seen when turning off explicit personalisation) but still shows any existing or new pushed personalisation's.
As we are all aware, the move to OneVersion means we should all be very mindful of restricting any functionality through development, as development will be required again to enable it.
This 'idea' gives control back to the customer, and allows them the versatility to change screens centrally and control their own users.
