It is a known issue, noted in the Microsoft Documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/rich-text-editor-control#known-issues) that the Rich Text Editor control does not display correctly in Views/Subgrids (shows the markups), but there is no explicit indication as to whether it is a long-terme Limitation as such, or is to be fixed.

We thus would like to suggest here and push for this to be fixed.
