When tries to import the deactivated views from Source organization (CRM 2013 SP1) to target organization (CRM 2013 SP1), it gets imported as an active views.

Repro Steps :

Tries to Export the views (Active & de-active ) from the (Source org) | 2013 SP1org
Import it to (Target org) | 2013 SP1 org. It gets imported.
But shows the deactivated views as active in (Target org) | 2013 SP1 org.
