Outlook Integration

We need Outlook Office 365 integration similar to what is available in Business Central. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/admin-outlook

And we need the ability to connect inbound email from customers to the customer record. This could be an activity or a case. Dragging and dropping is an extra step that is not wanted by some customers.
