The inability to have CTP for planning optimization run at time of Sales order line entry disappointed our expectations for faster and enhanced CTP functionality with planning optimization. This impedes our ability to efficiently finalize orders on a per-order basis and removes our ability to see what the order shipping constraints may be during the order entry process.
This is crucial functionality in supporting all of our customers. We need the ability to utilize the CTP capabilities at time of order entry which will allow us to see real time availability on product for our customers and in turn allow us to confirm delivery dates at time of order entry.
We are currently using outbound marketing. To address two different e-mail addresses from our contact records we need to create two separate Marketing Emails and then attach the (correct!) e-mails to the one Customer Journey.If we could either add a second e-mail field in a Marketing Email (which seems impossible because of the Insights) or, alternatively, add multiple (i.e. more than two!!) segments to one Real-Time Journey, that would make life much easier for us.
