The current release of Dynamics doesn't support the changes made to the Metrics permanently. The Personalized Metrics for the Opportunity Pipeline view are available only until you log out, which is not that useful for an user. The changes made to the Metrics should be made permanent so that user doesn't have to go through the hassle of making the changes every time they log in.
