In the web interface, you can deep link to individual items that are awaiting approval, having that same ability that allows you to open an item in the mobile app would be very useful.

There is no URL scheme for either the iOS or Android app so the only way you can open the app from a URL is to link to the App Store/Play Store - should there not be a way to at least load the mobile app from a URL (not to a specific item, just to open)?
