A suggestion to re- arrange of the menu items/modules in the left menu. (We'll the menu systems needs a re-design/adjustment.) One possibility would be to group each module and menu item under each product , Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, HR.(and at the same time make the product naming a bit more clear..menu items are in several modules anyways.)

I would also suggest to make the submenus groups (setup etc) some how fixed/static to each location on the screen, is really really really hard and annoying to find things when you expand/collapse the menus and the menu items jumps around to different places of the screen so that you'll never find it. And perhaps make the menus full-screen when opened and not just 3/4 of the web interface.

As well as the possibility to hide menus and group menu items into folder/groups under favourites.
