It would be helpful, if not useful, to be able to personalize the columns in the list view of "My Open Leads". I target multiple different independent retail and specialty retail channels; healthcare, fitness, outdoor, CE, transport, etc.... As I develop my leads, I would like to be able to sort them by the channel so that I can start to develop my cold call/email campaigns to be consistent with my messaging. The products I have available sometimes cross channels, some are unique. So having the ability to slice and dice accordingly would be helpful. My primary tool to date has been an excel spreadsheet with multiple tabs wherein each tab is a channel that is completely different from the others.
