Undo Partial Shipment in Transfer Order

They have added a new feature to undo transfer shipment in the link above in version 22, I would like to extend this feature to be able to undo shipment in partially received transfer order because the scenario is

  1. Transfer order for item 10000 with 10 QTY
  2. Transfer order shipment posted for 10 QTY
  3. the other location received 8 QTY and the reason for that could be (2 of them was broken , stolen , no store capacity , etc)
  4. I want to be able to undo shipment for the 2 Qty left
