The system should have Alerts built into it for specific things.

i.e. A manager has to setup an alert to let them know that their employees probation is expiring, this should just already happen.

Alerts would be useful for:

Probation expiring

Reminder of upcoming annual leave for their team

Reminder of approving unapproved annual leave requests

Employees enrolled in a course

Employee added a new certificate

Employee added a check-in

Employee added a new goal

Employee changed position (as a confirmation of change of role in the system)
