As far as I can test, actual cash flow forecast process, when related to purchase orders, calculate the forecast based on the delivery date defined at purchase order header level. As we can define the delivery date at line level and being billed at acording to this level, it will be a more accurate forecast if ot could be calculated on delivery date at line level.
