Unified Interface View Filtering Lookup fields - only show Active records

When you use the OOTB filtering on a View within the UI, and select to filter on a lookup field, the view will show both Active and Inactive records. Ideally this should only show Active records.

Yes this needs to be fixed or at least have a setting to give the option to show inactive or active or both.

This issue is causing us problems as well and causing confusion to our users with disabled users showing up.
