A function is desired in which a minimum quantity per product can be defined from which a purchase order can be placed at a supplier.

This should make it possible that for example between 1 to 5 pieces an planned order for vendor A (Intercompany vendor) and above 6 pieces a planned order for vendor B (external vendor) is created. (Purely quantitative change regardless of prices)

The function should not raise the order quantity to the minimum of the preferred vendor (as the multisource policy does at the moment), but should select another supplier if the minimum quantity is not reached.
