Usually we exclude members from several dynamic marketinglists from our static marketinglist, which we use for a campaign. Currently there is no way to select several dynamic lists at once, you have to do this list per list which costs more time.

Our suggestion is to add functionality to Dynamics 365 to be able to remove members from several dynamic (suppresion) lists at one go. This would off course save a lot of time for the people who make the static selection to be used in the campaigns.
