If the main account legal entity overrides contain fixed value then when doing the settlement the system generates automatically Payment voucher with the same debit/credit amount which is unnecessary.

if the dimensions are the same the system should do a check and not generate settlement transactions,
if instead the system identifies the differences, in this case it should generate the settlement transactions.
