Currently there is no available built-in option to track usage statistics for inactive user login access beyond 6 months. As per system's design, it is only capable of recording real-time access activities carried out by users.

Therefore, I would like to submit this Idea to Microsoft team so that it can be enhanced in near future. This login activity is essential for the organization to track user records as may he/she active working with Dynamics system to improve our service to our users.

For your information, I have raised this issue (TrackingID#2308020010001003) to Microsoft support team to get the user login statistic data but the Break and Fix team was unable to provide the support upon my request due to system design.

I hope that Microsoft team can take this idea and make an enhancement to the current system in near future.
