Currently, BC Shopify connector only supports a different configuration for each Shopify Sales Channel, but many BC users are using different rules or even different BC companies for each market. One sales channel can contain multiple markets (Ex: Canada, USA, Mexico)
The Shopify connector should allow us to add filters to process synchronizations differently depending on the market on which an order/return was made on.

Shopify installations for new clients are going in this direction in 2025. To get the best OOTB experience in Shopify, clients are utilizing multiple marketplaces to line up with multiple legal entities (Companies in BC). Hope this gets MS attention soon
