Please provide long term solution for the issue of GP Crash when using email function with Office 365. The issue happens when GP is used with newer Build Version of Office 365 and GP has VBA customizations. Details of this issue are in following Microsoft Article from December 2018. Title: KB - Microsoft Dynamics GP crashes/closes when emailing in Microsoft Dynamics GP https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/4481244/kb-microsoft-dynamics-gp-crashes-closes-when-emailing-in-microsoft-dyn The Resolutions suggested in the Article below works in some cases, but they are not good as long term solution. Removing Office 365 Updates or removing VBA Customizations is not a practical solution for most customers. Please inform this issue to your Office 365 Team and request them to release another update so that this Crash issue does not happen in GP.

There was a forum post and we have done minimal testing, but it seems like they got it working on Server 2019

Long term, the recommendation is to convert VBA customizations with .NET customizations such as those through Visual Studio tools or the like. This is briefly mentioned in this blog by Dave Musgrave, who previously was a support engineer and developer for Microsoft Dynamics GP before moving on. He currently works at Winthrop:

For the GP side, we are not fixing anything around support of VBA…just being honest…but this solution is working
