Use case: Retailer runs the promotion add on product image by adding bubble on the product image (Discount likes Buy 2 get 1, get 30% discount)

Pain Point: If the promotion is going live tomorrow, somebody need to publish the image with offer description. Since system is not allowing to copy the same image in different publish group to schedule in mid night. (Details are mentioned in issue)

Issue:

1. Select Publish Group from left navigation pane, and create a new Publish Group “Monthly Trader”
2. Go to the Live Site and select the pages/ fragments that need to copy to Publish Group.
3. Issue- To copy product images: (These are the product images with offers bubbles on them example: “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”, original image is in Live Group, and the new images with a bubble need to publish at the same time of the publishing other items in ‘Monthly Trader” Publish Group)

- Go to ‘Monthly Trader’ publish group

- Go to the Media library and try uploading the new images that need to be published with other items.

- Select “Upload and Replace” as this is what we want, the new image with a bubble should replace the original one at the time of Publish

- Because we are using the same file name, below is the message I’m getting.

Error:XYZ.png exists in another publish group Or live site and could not be replaced

Note :Creating a new image will change the image ID and product URL will not identify it.
