Recently, we have been dealing with Undeliverable email notifications. We noticed that CRM will not pull them from the exchange account which it is set up to pull emails from. We were told this is by design. It would be beneficial to have these emails pulled into CRM. Our contact center would then be able to try contacting the individuals by another median.
