In 2019 release wave 2 enabled,
We have lost the ability to view all available choices for a drop down and only shows you the recent used.
This effects general usability on every look up.
So if you go to look up a email template but don't know the name you have to randomly type a guess to get a list to appear. sames goes for email signature.
I have a situ that if account name = 'contoso' the primary contact field (when hit search icon) will only show contact's from that account, this now shows my recent contact used which are not contact of that account-frustrating!!
Oh and it is effecting Outlook app too so when i go to set regarding a list of active cases now does not show!
I have countless other look up values like its effecting which is making usability frustrating and taking me longer to achieve my task in hand.
So I raised a MS case and outcome was told this was the new out the box by design for drop downs - seriously MS can you image in October when our clients get the hands on it.

I'm happy to say this behaviour has been reverted please close!

Please advise when Microsoft will resolve the look up issue - it's very frustrating especially as it was available in the previous issue.
