The customer to ledger reconciliation report shows incorrect result. In my report the amount in Customer Balance is 2.123, in Ledger balance it is 0, and in the difference column it is 0 and not -2.123 which would be correct

I reported this via Support request #2306230050000386 and the answer was that it was a known error.

Conclusion:

Upon further investigation, we were able to inform you the reported issue is known to Microsoft with LCS link Details for issue 729145 (dynamics.com). As at the moment we are unable to fix this as you have reported, as we understand the functionality isn’t working as you have expected. We apologies for the inconvenience.

However, we had also encourage you to raise a design change request through our ideas Portal Ideas (dynamics.com) vote for it. This would help to further engage our Product Team, and other partners/ customers who might have a similar scenario to share their business process on this, and vote for your idea as well. Our Product team regularly combs this platform during design modification reviews fir future versions to be aware of our customer expectation.

The idea is to change the calculation to a correct one.
