Just as it is possible to reduce demand forecasts by outbound transactions ("sales orders" or "all transactions"), it would be great to be able to reduce Supply forecasts by either "purchase orders" or "all transactions" (inventory journals, transfer orders, etc.).

I would like to confirm that "All transactions" should include Production/batch orders. Supply forecast is the best way to perform what APICS defines as Master Planning (distinct from MRP), combined with a freeze time fence. Supply forecasts for BOM items will always be planned with the latest BOM lines. Unfortunately, planned orders, whether Approved or inside the Freeze time fence have a frozen copy of the BOM as it was when they were created. Yuk! You can get away with that for Unprocessed and Completed planned orders as they are blown away during batch MPS runs and recreated if still needed.

Regardless we want "Supply forecast consumption"!
