Enhance the Auto-charges functionality down to Postcode [zipcode] level. In the UK there are Postcodes that always incur a higher delivery charge, and these addresses are only identifiable by Postcode (or partial postcode).

For example, Postcodes in the range AB1* to AB10* would be mainland and incur a standard charge, but Postcodes in the range AB15* to AB17* would be on an island and therefore incur a higher charge. Using State field alone (for UK County) is not possible because all these postcodes are in the same County [Aberdeenshire] and Country/region GBR.

At the moment, for a new customer registering on the website, it is not possible to apply these charges correctly, and in this example everyone would get the standard charge.
