The Word template in Dynamics 365 displays all the information stored in the table. You need a filter function that displays only the information you need in the table. The current absence of this feature makes it difficult for users to handle large amounts of information, as they have to make edits on a case-by-case basis. It is inefficient in terms of business and we expect improvement.
