When using the 'Convert To' button on an Email to convert an Email into a Lead or a Case, the owner of the newly created Case is automatically set as the active user.

However, when using the 'Convert To' > Opportunity function, the owner of the newly created record is the owner of the email that was used to create the Opportunity.

This can be problematic as it is not intuitive to the end user that 3 functions using the same button will have different results. Also, when working with queues, the queue's incoming emails are owned by the Owner of the Queue. When converting these queue emails to Opportunities, the owner of the Opportunity is the Owner of the Queue, rather than the user who converted the email into the Opportunity.
