After a customer upgrades to V9.0, there could be a notification displayed in the Web Client to notify users that UCI is available and/or that Web Client should not be the preferable interface for v9.0. If customer could choose their default interface that would be great, there's now a FCB "UCIByDefault" that could be turn on/off from system Settings. The notifications could follow the same approach and the message customized by the customer. This is a request from customers that did an effort customizing UCI and making it default to users. The same information could be displayed from Organization Insights so that the customer knows which users are using UCI and which users are using the Web Client. We can see that information from telemetry.
