Currently, if you have a Sub-grid on a form, and have it configured to only show selected views, the views are listed in the form definition, and dependencies are created, preventing you from deleting any of the selected views.

This is good.

However, if you then change the View Selector behavior to "Off", the form "remembers" the views that were previously selected, keeping them in the form definition. This maintains the dependencies, and continues to prevent you from deleting any of the selected views.

This is unintuitive. If I change the View Selector behavior to Off, I expect any view specific dependencies to be removed.
