Associated data fields should show in a dynamic marketing list (currently only display in static list) - this was a feature in previous versions of Dynamics CRM. Example - Fields from account record should show in list of contacts...

We already ran this past Tech Support @ D365 and they suggested we post here as it is a "missing feature of dynamics marketing list"...
