Need the ability to select multiple conversations from the Ongoing Conversation Dashboard. Currently there is only the ability to select one conversation at a time and assign. However, if there is an agent that needs to leave for an emergency, for example, and we need to re-assign all of their conversations, to would be much easier to select all of them at one time and assign to another agent.


Currently there is the ability to check mark more than one conversation, but once you do all the options in the top right are grayed out. Need the ability to assign or transfer to be available.

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
