Publish and share a personal workspace to a security role

It could be great to be able to publish a personal workspace to a security role as the other views do.

It would be great to have every personalization (for me also a personal workspace is one...) work like views. Be able to share them, update them and link them to specific roles.
Views and linking them to specific roles are a great first step in the right direction, but now MS needs to go further to ensure that every user gets their Dynamics already set up at the first login.
