They would like to have the possibility to uplift inventory costs by adding charges to transfer orders for specific site/warehouse, and for this they need to add miscellaneous charges on transfer order form.

This is quite necessary to have in place as entities having multiple warehouses surely like to allocate the cost of inventory items when it gets transferred from one warehouse to other.

I think this requirement should be functional on transfer order form as many clients want to uplift there inventory cost when they transfer inventory from main warehouse to operation warehouse and bear some additional cost on account of transportation, insurance, labor etc

It is logical when any organization transfer its inventory from main warehouse to its operational warehouse, ultimately the have to bear some additional cost on it. i.e. Transportation, insurance, loading and unloading cost.
To add these costs miscellaneous charges option should be functional on transfer order form.
