Issue Description :
-------------------
The Charts (activity totals by queue & Queue items by entered queue - day) for view "ERT Sales user WIP queues" does not display on the dashboard "Sales - activity-Queues/Activities".

Repro Steps :
----------------
Goes to Dashboard > change the view of Dashboard to "Sales - activity-Queues/Activities".
The Charts (activity totals by queue & Queue items by entered queue - day) for view "ERT Sales user WIP queues" does not display.
Other Charts are viewable.

- Cx was not able to view 2 charts (activity totals by queue & Queue items by entered queue - day) for view "ERT Sales user WIP queues".
- Other charts were viewable.
- Cx informed this was working in CRM 2013.
- This is not working since upgraded to CRM 2015.

Based on the information provided by the cx :-
"In 2013 it was working fine. First it use to take a view "All queues" as filter on the view "ERT sales user WiP queues".
In 2015 it is defaulting to view "Queues I'm a member" of on the view "ERT sales user WiP queues"."

Tried to verify the same in our test lab.
Found in CRM 2013 for any view there is a filter of "All queues" by default, whether it is OOB view or personal view or custom view.
However in CRM 2015 for any view there is a filter of "Queues I'm a member of" by default, whether it is OOB view or personal view or custom view.
Due to which it shows "There is no data to create the activity totals by queue chart".
After little more digging on CRM 2013 org found that the in CRM 2013 SP1 there was a feature of product update.
Once we do product updates and view the queue view.
We will see the queue view will have the default filter of "Queues I'm a member".
This is the design change made in SP1 - Product updates.
Now, in the filter "Queues I'm a member" there is no data.
As the view filter is changed, cx is not able to view the chart as there is no data.
Cx might have not upgraded his org to product updates in CRM 2013 and might have directly upgraded to CRM 2015.
