Enable Dimension as Columns for Table 14 - Locations

With the release of BC v 20 Locations have been enabled to have Dimensions.

Yet, when importing data into Table 14, can one not enable the "Dimension as Columns" functionality on form 8625.

Therefore can default Dimension values stored in Table 352 Default Dimensions, not be loaded via the import on Table 14
