Currently, there are two different merge record experiences:
1. The new experience within the UCI, where the choices/controls are at the top of the merge form
2. The old experience within the Advanced Find, where the choices/controls are at the bottom of the form.

We would like to see the new method, which is currently used in the List View, applied to the existing Advanced Find. This would simplify the User Experience and reduce training issues.
