Customer is currently not notified of planned system maintenance by any means (System notification or Email notification).
Meanwhile, they have their schedule for service update, this schedule is fixed and is hard to be adjusted due to their business requirement. If this schedule overlaps with the system maintenance time, the process will be canceled. This causes inconvenience for customer and might affect their experience.
Although customer can refer to the Planned Maintenance Window of the geographic region document to avoid the Maintenance downtime in their region, it would be better if they are notified beforehand.
Please help to build a notification regime for any upcoming system maintenance that will be scheduled.
