No operation exists to convert a sales quotation to a sales order in the POS. You can create a quote, you can edit is, but not confirm it.

Upon further review, this capability already exists. The user can recall the quote and edit it and from there they can change it to a customer order which confirms the quote. If this process is not sufficient for the needs of the market, please submit a new idea to outline in more detail the desired user flow and outcome.
