Currently when I do a "set regarding" email it places a copy of the email in "my work" or "in progress."

The assumption is that the email might contain an action item. Would like for this to not populate these queues.

The result of this is that users are constantly needing to "complete" these items. This is very time consuming and a waste of time. My other option is to provide each user with delete permissions on queues, which is alarming.

Would prefer that emails would not track in a users queue unless they specially placed them in there.

Thank you for your suggestion. This functionality is planned to be delivered in the next major release of CRM, where you will have options switch on/off the automatic movement of email to the queue. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
