Need filter option on Project resource Role ID field in Project WBS form and other forms throughout the Projects model

The Project resource role ID is a non filterable field on the Project WBS form and all other forms where the Role ID is used. It is making it very difficult to easily find and select roles in the project WBS.


Additionally, the Role ID allows very minimal number of characters. This needs to allow more characters to configure proper role IDs.
