Change Opportunity ribbon buttons contextually based on status

The Opportunity Ribbon shows the ribbon button "Reopen Opportunity" even when users select an "Open" Opportunity in the grid. The ribbon should contextually show only valid options.

I believe this is great for inexperienced users in helping them know what is actually a possible step forward with an entity.
