Add a translation feature for "Main account categories" to simplify Electronic report generations.

Add a translation feature for "Main account categories" similar to the existing ones for General Ledger Account and General Ledger account template so that the user interface become consistent and to simplify Electronic report generations for some legal requirement like Polish SAF Accounting books.

GL Categories donot have standard functionality of translation. But are used globally. Categories are used in SAF accounting in Poland. There is planned to rollout D365 in other countries where SAF files are legal requirement as well. That is why it need to be in Polish (or other local) language. Please vote on this idea!!!
