Qualify Button on the HomePageGrid Ribbon of Lead remains active even after the lead is closed as qualified or disqualified.

It should actually show the button to re-activate leads that are closed as Qualified or disqualified. This behavior is available in the Form Ribbon of the Lead but not in HomePageGrid Ribbon.

I agree with Adam, the current behaviour make sense for most users in most situations. The Qualify button should only become a Re-Activate button when an inactive lead is selected, but it's perfectly possible to select a combination of active and inactive leads in which case neither a Qualify nor Re-Activate button would make sense.

Well spotted! Of course, in many cases people only look at views of "[My] Open Leads" so won't notice this odd behaviour, since the Qualify button is reasonable for all the Leads in such a view. But on "all" or "closed" leads views, you are absolutely right that the Qualify button needs to be enabled / disabled appropriately to the records selected, and the "Re-activate Lead" button should be visible and also be enabled where appropriate.
